Basically same as entire D10 4A football teams playing up to 5A to avoid Cathedral Prep. I believe they will have 1 team in their district next cycle.

You have to wonder if that affects teams locally. District 10 is paired with District 6 in Quad-A. Wouldn't be a total stretch to create a 5-6-9-10 sub-region.

Runaway.. From WHAT? 2A to 5A. Running away..Hahaha! Like someone already said..it will definitely be an earned road..for a small town school

Any insight into why they made this move to 5a?

Confirmed by a coach, they moved to 5a so they didn’t have to play the teams mentioned.

Thought it was the easiest path to the state tourney. No LHAC, Heritage, or ICC there.

And the problem with todays america...instead of taking on the challenges in front of you lets find an easier way. Trophies for everyone.

So the plan is win more district titles bc of less competition, but know you’ll stand no chance after that? That’s weird to me...
