Well tomorrow seems to be the day steelers franchise tag leveon bell. Seems as if they are far off in negotiations atm.

For me it was when he sat out all training camp/pre season last year when nothing could be done about his contract.

It was locked in with no ability to extend or change it but he decided to sit out even though nothing could be done. Plus he made mention of it right before playoffs!

Bell is the most valuable back in the league but he is also one failed drug test away from a full year suspension! Is he really worth that must investment when he has only played 2 full seasons since he came into the league?

I think for me, it was right after he & Blount got stopped and found with illegal substances.
