Now that the teams in the LHAC, Heritage and WestPAC are out of the playoffs for the season, I am going to dig into MaxPreps and see who made the top 15 in the state of Pennsylvania in each stat category to recognize them for a job well done. These stats are all pulled from MaxPreps - doesnt consider the variables - you will see that in the rankings that I posted as well. Not enough local baseball talk going on - just trying to generate some.

I have heard that a varsity team had to forfeit some games that they played. Too many versions as to why. With all of the different stories, probably false information.

Can anyone put some weight to or put to rest the rumor that a local baseball team has forfeited some games from their early season schedule? If true, is anyone aware of the reason that this had to be done?
