Re: Recruiting - JV.

At least when it comes to the Catholic schools tuition is paid. Most of the time with the public transfer a “address” is all that is needed. Like jV and central

Guess jv basketball is good enough but there football team isn’t? Smdh. I bet there closet looked like Christmas with all the jv green and ce...

Re: Recruiting - JV.

I heard twins from a local school in the north end of cambria county are transferring.  Also, hear the best girls basketball player from D6 will be transferring to a Philadelphia school. Sisters moving to JV or somewhere else?  Sisters are moving to JV and Altoona kid will “rent” 1 of the vacant pr...

Re: Recruiting - JV.

Was told exactly what kmr said. Another Altoona kid to. The Altoona kid is is with them 24/7. Will also be curious to see if the rumor of the Campbell girl moving to philly is true. I think its more truth than rumor.

Hollidaysburg Y girls league

I’ve only been able to make it down to one lady lions game at the Y, so Just wondering if anyone else has been able to make to to many games? If so any thoughts on any of the teams? Who’s looking good at this point?

Re: Portage Girls Basketball

Much easier road to the district title at 5A. Let's be honest, when schools do this sort of thing, they are usually not choosing the harder path. I wish my school could move down to 5A! Lol

Re: Portage Girls Basketball

Would love to hear Portages coach explain the the move to 5A. I'm sure it differs from Crimsons logic. Haha! He's exactly right though, eluding D6 AA powerhouses. Run away!!

Re: What will be left...

Ok, let's check this same topic at the end of February where you will see who dominates the basketball playoffs. Privates and Charter schools will dominate. Just saying! I honestly think basketball needs it’s on separate attention just simply due to the fact that it’s sooo easy to build a great bas...
