Re: Fighting in Hockey
Great post abpk, I agree. I have always been a fan of fighting; the argument that it is savage is absurd, if fighting in hockey is savage then where is the uproar to get rid of UFC? No everybody is just a walking example of irony with their TAPOUT shirts on. Me and Genie were talking about something...

When I said "fans like you" I didn't mean you Abpk, I mean pretty much the fans of every other team in the league who **** about Sid, just making sure you don't take it out of context lol.

Re: why do the flyers own consol energy center?
You make a great point when you say "new system". I guess I'm just looking to much into it, but I will stick to my guns when saying I would like better performances against Philly, especially at home and since its a big conference rivalry. I know that seems broad, but on the outset of it b...

No need to apologize my man, how many times have I messed up and took something you said out of context? A lot lol, people make mistakes.
Let's talk hockey, right now as a pens fan there is a lot to be concerned about

Re: why do the flyers own consol energy center?
Konjo, I would like to know what you think of Crosby's leadership this year? Did you watch the game tonight? Did you happen to see Crosby hit zetterberg from behind? If so what are your thoughts

Re: why do the flyers own consol energy center?
Letang doesn't have long hair anymore.... And don't say "we"... Unless you're on the team. And in that case, congrats! Well, my son watched him play last year and he's 5 years old so knowing that number 58 is letang he associates him with his hair (dang toddlers and their schemas!!!), and...

Re: why do the flyers own consol energy center?
Whoever made the comment "different players, different coaches" is exactly right, we are getting the same result from them. Mediocracy. I'm not sold on this new "high octane" offense. Offense isn't the side of the puck that is problematic. My 5 year old son said "wow daddy t...

Re: why do the flyers own consol energy center?
Different players... different coaches... different years. I don't put much stock into it really. They play there twice a year (excluding potential playoffs). Losing twice a year to a team at home isn't going to make or break the Pens this year. The flyers played at consol 3 times last year, and it...

Re: Steelers - Texans Game Thread
I don't know why my phone autocorrected it to asomagh. I meant to put Ndamakong Suh, I must have talked about asomagh before because it corrected it.
For me I like
Luke Kuechly, Suh, watt, verner, Haden, Brent grimes and Demarcus Ware as all potential candidates for DMVP

Re: Steelers - Texans Game Thread
I know this is kind of switching gears but how about Julio Jones? Is anyone else super impressed by this kid this year? I've watched him since his Alabama days; always thiught he was a freak athlete that was very versatile but never thought he could be a prospected MVP type player. IMO, I think Jone...
