Johnstown played an exceptional game.  I think having Jerome at their school made a big difference.  The team, the crowd, the coaches...they were all fired up and ready to go right out of the gate.

It was not a free kick.  I've looked for the rules on it for HS football, but could only find NFL rules, which stated it would result in a touchback.

That is completely unacceptable and grounds for termination, if you ask me. It's hard enough for kids in key positions to deal with idiot fans in the stands yelling ugly things at them, but to have a coach say that in the media is absurd.

Very interesting. Never thought of it that way.
