Re: Ridge Records
there are two ways to look at the accomplishments of last years team when determining if they were the best ever. first they were definately the most accomplished team every with the best ever runs in winning dual and big meets. If they are the best actual team ever is a close one with the 97 team. ...

Podlesnik is ranked 3rd in the mile and i believe 4th in the 800. its a shame that snyder from mcconnelsburg didnt make it in by qualifying in the mile. dont kno...

Re: District 5 Track Meet Predictions
the weather (among other things im sure) really seemed to screw up the chances of many to go on and qualify. Hoover should have qualfied, Webb should have in the HJ, and the top 4 in the long all had the potential to hit that qualifying standard. the day started out nice, but sucked when it mattered...

Re: Districts
John will be just fine im sure there young gun. i dont even think he took all of his prelim jumps at districts. i also believe that he "only" went 43 at districts last year and then went 45 on his first jump at states. he rises to the occasion and is a great jumper. hard to tell in the lon...

County Meet
I was wondering if there were any predictions on events and teams. Should be a great matchup with Ridge and Bedford boys and Ridge, NBC, and Bedford girls all battling all season long. Should be a lot of great individual performances as well leading up to districts.

Re: Pitt Becomes Bowl-Eligible at 3-9
Not sure how TAE's post on the bowl games ended up talking about Iowa/PSU by WT like it answers the question. Talk about looking for anything to jump on another team about. This bowl system is crazy. so now 62 of the nations 117 teams a bowl game. Is this really necessary? It's nice to see your team...

Re: West Central Coaches
I had also wondered about the prep schools and that was before i realized that they allowed graduates to run. This is a great meet with great competition but no area team will ever again be able to compete for the title with teams like that there. hopefully enough people voice their concerns to the ...

Re: NBC Invite Results?
My earlier post had been about the NBC invite and the invite only. It was not a shot at you HR, or your school. I have no reason to go after, or be mad at either one. I could personally care less about a trophy, as they just collect dust and no one remembers them, but its nice for the kids. There we...
