Re: PSU 2019 early predictions
I predict a lot of noise about recruiting and spring game attendance, PSU beating-up their weak non-conference foes and the lowly sisters of the Big 10, getting ranked way too high, then folding against the good and one sort-of-good big 10er, and then still getting a new years bowl.

I didn't do the math, but it doesn't look like each team plays everyone twice. It could come down to the luck of the draw.

Re: LHAC Championship
That's exactly my point. In the other sports, my best players are going to go toe-to-toe with your best players, and may the best man win. But apparently in wrestling, the coach that wins the coin toss can stack his line-up so his stud can crush your weakling and get more team points. For every West...

Re: LHAC Championship
So winning the coin toss allows a coach the ability to avoid tough match-ups and get the most forfeits possible? It sounds like the adults need to get out of the way and let the kids compete.

Re: LHAC Championship
I'm not a wrestling guy, but if the coin toss is that big of deal, there is something wrong.

Re: Christmas Tournaments
Johnstown will overwhelm most teams with size and speed, but offensive skill is just so-so. As far as 'not being tested', they had to come-from-behind late to beat Richland just last week.
