It's that the top teams from one would beat the top from another, the middle would beat the middle, etc. And you could still break it down by classification. Yes, but he didn't include it in his point system. I think SOS is more important than if they're in a power 5 conference. For example, In his system ND is worth only 80 points but Maryland is worth 100 just because they're in the Big 10?

Great concept, but I think rather than assigning points based on power 5 only, you should also consider the ranking of the team. Since this is your ranking, you could simply assign bonus points based on how good the opponent was, not just their conference and wins.

An A team who loses to 5 AAA schools could still be the best of the best A team around. But now you're just arguing to not admit you're wrong

Am I the only one that thinks there is a problem allowing 3 win teams to enter the playoffs? Typically yes this would be a problem. But sometimes a 3 win team in one conference may be a 5 win team in another and vice versa. As long as the best X amount of teams are in, I'm ok with a 3 win team that...
