Re: Scores - Playoff Edition
I don't know the answer to the injury question, for sure. I do know that Haluska, Hite, Trybus, and Stockley played. According to MaxPrep stats, they are significant Offensive players on their team. Trybus did limp off the field for 1 play, but he came back in. Coming in, both teams were strong rush...

Re: Scores - Playoff Edition
There's something tangible to the belief that it matters what conference you're in, when it comes to preparation for playoffs. Clawing your way to 5-5 in one conference, can truly prepare you more than going 8-0 in another conference. I was hoping to see a much closer, more competitive FH/CH game. D...

Re: Central Cambria
Yeah, I wasn't referring to winter sports, like basketball, and wrestling, or spring sports, like baseball. They've existed as long as football, but are after football season, so not a conflict. I was referring to the new "fall" sports, clubs, and activities that didn't even exist in our a...

Re: Central Cambria
Just wanted to interject 1 aspect that I don't believe was mentioned in this topic, but we've all seen it mentioned in other topics from time to time over the years. There are more sports for kids to compete in now, than there were in the 80's, and 90's. Back "in the day", ALL of the best ...

Re: Forest Hills to forfeit next two games
There were only 5 seniors to start, I think, so that means maybe 1 left? That happens every year, for varying reasons like grades, lack of playing time, injuries, etc. Nothing to see here. Move along. Just a clarification. The FH roster shown in the Trib-Dem, before the season started, showed 10 of...

Re: Why?
Some decent reasons offered, I suppose. Thx
And, CCDevil2012, I wasn't disparaging your sister. Just trying to give an analogy of what I thought that mismatch was like. I don't recall the last time I saw such a disparity in 2 teams. Yikes.

Why?
Anyone watch the Clemson vs The Citadel game? I made it to half time. Can't take another half of that. Clemson has 49 Points at half. The Citadel has.....37 Yards. THAT, was brutal. There is no doubt that Clemson is worthy of being Ranked #1. They're good. They're good down to the 3rd, and 4th strin...

Re: 2020 LV schedule....
I was in Philadelphia fairly recently. Maybe it’s just a big city mindset, but I wouldn’t say I felt unsafe there at all as opposed to like Baltimore, but I would figure to be more mindful of my surroundings walking around at night in Philly than I would in Johnstown. But I don’t feeL at danger in ...
