Re: PIAA 2020 AA State Duals
Thanks. I would imagine these have changed somewhat. Does anyone have the PA Power rankings for dual teams?TylerRose wrote: ↑February 4th, 2020, 2:15 pm I did find this site for rankings.

Re: Cambria Heights to Heritage
I think the LHAC should add Hollidaysburg (431) or Indiana (352). (PIAA # of boys) Before you say they are too big, why is it ok that Richland (177) or Cambria Heights (162) has to play JOHNSTOWN (302) approx 140 more boys than Richland and CH. Both Bishops are 200 boys smaller. When in comparison ...

Re: Richland vs CR
I’m not saying CR will win, but I think it will be much closer than this. I’d take CR with 28 any day of the week and twice on Saturday.CCDevil2012 wrote:Richland by 28

I believe this is a first that both teams are matched up this late in the season where both are undefeated.Crimson's Ghost wrote:I know they didn’t always play every year. But how many times this late in the season have these teams met undefeated? Certainly adds a cool element to an already big game.

8.) Somerset - Scrappy and physical. If Hyde was on one of the top 3-4 teams he'd be a 1500-2000 yard rusher. Totally disagree with this. Big up front, but soft both sides of the ball. If these guys were "scrappy and physical", with their size, they could make up some of where they lack...

Even if the Raiders do nothing to punish him, which is a very likely scenario, shouldn't the NFL step in and administer some sort of punishment for the racial epitaph AB threw towards Mayock? I'm 100% certain they would if the situation were reversed.

Just an opinion. There may be no correlation, but there might be: Youth football has arrived to the area, like 20 years ago? Maybe we are starting things a little too early? Tackling a little too early? Exposure could be part of the problem. Youth football - trying to teach the game to childre...

Re: Question about local talent
I’ll go with Logan Pfister - Chestnut Ridge. All State QB as a Sophomore. Has good size at about 6’3” 185 lbs. Ridiculous athlete who can ran and pass. I could definitely see him getting the attention of some scouts. Agree 100%. I have no idea what it takes to be a D1 prospect, but he definitely ...

Re: Proposed weight changes? Thoughts?
It doesn’t reduce participation.. there used to be a thing called a JV team that’s available. Participation is reduced by attitude and entitlement. Every sport in front of wrestling except track requires less than 14 to field a team Far more than 14 get on the field in any given varsity football ga...
