Re: Making Single A Fun Again
A simple solution is to enforce better rules on transfers. If BG does not get a transfer the past 4 years, I believe they would still have a 59 game win streak. That being said Paris ford would not have been able to transfer to steel valley last year either, or homer center getting a kid from Unit...

Re: Making Single A Fun Again
Also, if BG would have moved up in 2015 or 2016 they probably would have still won the state. Then the Double A teams like s Huntington and Bellwood who would still get crushed would complain that they should play AAA and so on and so on

Re: Making Single A Fun Again
The BG players work harder than claysburg, juniata valley, and homer guaranteed so maybe that is some indication of the final score

Re: Making Single A Fun Again
It would be an absolute joke if Juniata Valley was the D6 champion. They had a good year but should not be anywhere near the top 4 in the state. No disrespect but juniata valley is not a good team

Re: Tonight’s scores - 10/27
I heard he left PM and is gonna be suiting up for BG!! Whew just in time for the playoffs too...(I’m being sarcastic for those of you that can’t figure that out). On a serious note this is what’s wrong with kids today, there is no discepline for star athletes. It gets brushed under the rug, or they...

Re: Heritage Conference 2017
Doubt Sankey will look like Chadbourn from two years ago. Was hearing he may not even start at the running back position

Re: Heritage Conference 2017
BG will not be beaten this year not because of any transfer that has come in. They will win because the experience gained from watching some of these big games and practicing against state championship team prepared them for success. The names you will be talking about in December will again be kid...

Re: CC school board says split out the private schools
It is a good point and something that definitely needs to be looked into being changed somehow but you can not take what that team has done away from them these past couple years. The players at BG can't help the fact that their enrollment places them in the smallest classification. The PIAA enforc...

Re: CC school board says split out the private schools
One lineman transferred in from Altoona and the player did not even play his sophomore year at Altoona. That is the only player that anyone can say came into the program after the success. Andrew Irwin played RB for BG this year and has played for BG his whole life with multiple generations who wen...
