And again getting paid is not the purpose of high school athletics. It’s about the lifelong lessons they teach!!!!!

We don’t have teams from around here that have competed for and/or won state championships? Don’t you think these teams might be hurt by NIL when another team somewhere in the state benefits from it?

Was there ever a doubt Crimson wouldn’t have a problem with this lol. I have no problem with it in college, but this is not the purpose of high school athletics. It has no place in high school athletics, and that’s without even getting into it helping the privates and charters.

Back to the subject as hand. Anyone able to see any good scrimmages? Any players or teams seem to surprise? Any conference favorites in the LHAC, Heritage, West Pac, ICC?

Not a current Richland player. I am talking about the girl that transferred to McCort from Richland. There was an article in the Trib Democrat about her not long ago. I saw her play one time and thought she was a pretty good player as a sophomore so I'd imagine she is pretty impressive now.
