Deserves lots of credit for establishing a positive culture and model of consistency. In the grand scheme of things though, coaches a team that plays in an incredibly weak conference. 0 district titles, nothing concrete to show for all those wins.

Success based classification is a solution that works for both parties (private and public). Unfortunately it doesn't gain a lot of traction bc many simply want to see the successful burn.
