Re: HS Football Broadcasts in Bedford County
I guess the Everett radio station isn't covering the Ridge-BG game. I didn't hear them mention it last night anyhow. Guess I was misinformed. Sure wish they were covering it. I'll tune in at 7:00 tonight just to be sure.

Re: HS Football Broadcasts in Bedford County
Well, if it was on the radio, it ain't much of a secret. So I might as well let everyone know, it's Max Shoemaker. Like I said, it will be interesting to see how he does on the radio, and what insights he has on the game, especially the BG-Ridge game. I'll be listening for sure. Anyone else have tho...

Re: HS Football Broadcasts in Bedford County
Everett radio will be broadcasting again this year. Sam Shuss will still be there, but I hear Mike Eichelberger is going to be the other commentator this year. Mike will not be on air this weekend, so there will be a 'special guest' announcer. Tune in to see who it will be. You may be very surprised...

Re: JK Speech
foghorn, you have to admit that people who think religion has no place in politics, or are atheists, vote mainly Democrat. I just saw a report yesterday that stated a big majority of those that attend church regularly vote Republican. Do I think that Democrats are void of religious beliefs? No way. ...

Re: JK Speech
Interesting comments from Bush. I think this is the first time he has made these comments about the war in Iraq.

Re: JK Speech
Maybe this will help shed some light: http://www.cnn.com/2004/WORLD/meast/06/18/saddam.terror/ I also saw on TLC or the Discovery Channel a few months a tv show about the CIA and terrorism. One of the episodes dealt with Iraqi leaders meeting with members of al Queda (sp) in a third country. Russian...

Re: JK Speech
Oncearunner. Here is my take on things. The president has access to a vast amount of intel, much more than you or I ever hear about, or that becomes public knowledge. I have always felt, if it was Clinton, or Bush, or whoever, that they would make the best decisions based on the info they had at han...

Re: JK Speech
juniata, I think I do know a few things about politics. I thought I was asking two legitimate questions 1)What would you, or other doubters, have done when your intelligence agencies have determined there is a threat that should be eliminated? 2)Where is the proof that GW lied? Yes, there were WMD's...

Re: JK Speech
juniata, you said top Republicans. I do try to follow politics and I don't think Bereuter is a top Republican. There will always be people in your party that disagree with you, and there should be. Politicians shouldn't always follow the party line, but most of them do. Dissent can be good. As for B...
