This is crazy to suggest.   Ligonier scored 40+ on this team in the first half of a regular season game.  There was no way someone was looking for an advantage.  Use common sense on this one.

Provincialism will rule until there is 1) no tax base left to support and there is a financial crisis 2) the state forces it.

Johnstown should have 1 public school.  Having Westmont, Johnstown, Ferndale, CV, and Richland is really something.   Put all those schools together and you still don't have the Altoona enrollment.

Mainly because Ligonier is three times the enrollment, check the Piaa figures.  This is like Ligonier playing Norwin as an example.   It is really no ones fault, I can see it both ways. Saltsburg/blairsville should combine teams

Ligonier was the district champ in AAA and Purchase Line did beat a top tier LHAC team to reach the district finals.  This Heritage being bad theme is just wrong.   Cambria Height would not all of a sudden go 20-4 in the Heritage,  

Considering a Heritage team beat the state runner up for district title and purchase line beat McCort, your evaluation of CH being heritage level may be a compliment and not a put down as you intended
