Re: Schools looking to change districts
Outside of Bellwood and the Bishops (who in many opinions shouldn't be in A anyway), I would say District 5 is better overall than District 6 through the years. Eliminate the teams mentioned above and look at District 5. In District 5, you have North Star, Berlin, Northern Bedford, Windber, and Con...

Re: RMG's BLITZ - Conemaugh Township at Windber
It's tough to tell, it looks like he was yelling at his own player and walking towards that player and then the QB ran past and he just kind of stuck his hand out. I really don't see anything malicious like he was grabbing or hitting a kid. It doesn't even look like he was looking at him, like once...

Re: No more Heritage-West Pac Cross Over
minus LV, the Heritage and Westpac are almost identical. You could mix and match these schools together pending locations. I like LV in the LHAC. They are just as close to the Johnstown area as Patton and Bedford

Re: officials at windber/township game
These kids are not getting scholarships for high school. But if ramblin man is correct, which I believe, then both sides should be put on probation. And maybe even the referees and police department need To be investigated pretty far as well. Either way conamaugh has its hands full with homer cente...

Re: officials at windber/township game
How can u say "don't pull a penn state" when the school was not the one who punished the players, it was the NCAA Yes, but whether it's the PIAA or the school that would cancel the rest of the season, it would still be similar to the situation of Penn State where the players are punished ...

Re: officials at windber/township game
I got things straight from the horses mouth. That is the police officers involved in the incident. First, no coach was tazed. Second, as far as they know, no player was struck by a coach. At least, there was no complaint filed against anyone doing that as of Saturday afternoon. Maybe a complaint ha...

Re: officials at windber/township game
Or just suspend the whole program for the rest of the Year. That would of been an option if not for 2 other teams not playing in westpac Yea, that's not a logical statement Why not? We shouldnt want young adults to be coached by people who punch players and get arrested during a football game. This...
