Re: PIAA State Finals--Again loaded with PRIVATE SCHOOLS!
Hey psycho the reason your consolation plan will not work and probably will never happen the way you envision is that it is bad for the students. Sure you will save some top level administrator dollars, but in the end you will still have students attending the same regional schools. The reason for t...

Re: What will happen to the Heritage Conference?
Wait a minute, play by classification??? So you 'd rather play Bishop McCort, Bishop Guilfoyle, and Bishop Carrol than the perennial Ligonier Valley powerhouse??? Come on now... Think about what you just said.

Re: Local Umpires
I see your points. Judging from your comments, I am sure you are one of the good ones. You do your best, and hope that others recognize that. I do feel more fans need to get involved with umpiring, but with an emphasis on the finer points of the game. After all, the little things are huge. But just ...

Re: New signings?
Guys with no lives will continue to make jokes and criticize McCort as long the current classification system is masqueraded as a FAIR and EQUAL for all of the teams. You are correct, nLions, the players should continue to work hard and ignore this site. But the crusherfans should come clean and adm...

I plainly stated that if a school such as Mount Union doesn't like the way you umpire, it is very easy for them to make sure you don't do any of their games in the future. Therefore, the incentive of someone with no scruples would be to make sure anything clo...

Re: Anyone catch that....
I can't believe we are talking about the 8th grade basketball. What's next??? Should I start a thread about the Windber, err I mean East Hills League? In that case, there is nobody quite as good as the Westmont 5th graders! Oh wait, are they going to go to OMOS too?

Re: Local Umpires
You are right, Mount Union is the best baseball school ever and we shouldn't even play the games anymore. But if you want to look at this objectively, go ahead and watch the strike zones very closely this year and judge for yourself. This means no bs-ing at the game, but watching every single pitch....
