Richland isn't overly deep (no surprise for an AA school) and has had some injuries that has affected that depth. Take Bedford in a close one at home, with their depth, line experience, and, oh yeah, they have a lot of talent too.

So many things to mention. Lack of youth program, transient student body/population, coaching short-comings, kids not wanting to play on a bad team, lack of discipline, the administration running-off good coaches in the past, lack of parental support, eliminating phony jobs for coaches, etc.... Two thoughts. Pre-season rankings are meaningless. If Clemson goes 12-1, it won't really matter that the ACC went 0-4 in week 1.
