I heard they were at Highland Park this weekend. Still think it could have been them at Roxbury, since I doubt Johnstown High would have helmets issued already.

Not a hockey expert, but between all of the youth leagues, high schools, travel teams, clubs, college teams, junior teams, pros, etc.. aren't most ice surfaces used all day? I would think rinks are equipped to handle high-volume usage.

Summer baseball leagues are starting next week. There's hope for fall sports.

If they can't play summer baseball, they'll never let them play football. Dream scenario: July-August summer baseball, start football practice after Labor Day, games end of Sept. Good point about the local schools with low roster numbers for football. This just might be the end for those schools.

That's funny, because when the Steelers were picking at 49, Claypool wasn't in Mel's top 10 available. I remember thinking that I would be happy with any of the top 5 guys he had listed.
