Re: Richland/Westmont
Everyone knows the rule coaches refs etc. the problem is for some reason the local officials have shown a lot of favor to Richland athletics. I have heard fans and coaches alike complain. Rumor has it Richland pays refs more money so of course refs want to stay in good favor to continue to get sele...

Re: Gym Size
Saint Joseph's girls are in the same boat. Hopefully both schools will be able to find acceptable alternatives.
I'm guessing Ferndale and Harmony would not be able to host games (in any given year) with this new rule in place.

Re: Football Classifications 2020-2021
Aliquippa is single-A voluntarily playing up to triple-A. Now that the success formula bumps them up, could they not just simply say that we will voluntarily play up to double-A and allow the success formula bump them back up to triple-A?

If you really want to change behavior at the TD, why not just simply contact them directly? Incessant rantings on a message board certainly won't accomplish anything. Please make it a letter to the editor so we can all enjoy the show.

Re: Penn State at Ohio State
Well, the Tribune sports section really outdid themselves today. Down by the score of 49-7 in the fourth quarter last night, headlines of the Richland game read, "Southern Columbia Fights Off Richland". Of course, PSU men's basketball headline was, "Penn State Wallops Struggling Syra...

Re: District 6 Class AA Playoff Standings
If this is the case, then as soon as a team has no hopes of being over .500 or making the playoffs, they might as well just forfeit the remainder of the season for fear of injury. We sit here and discuss the problems of low numbers and wanting kids to come out for football. They play their hearts ...

Re: This is getting ridiculous
Maybe these programs need to take a year or 2 off. Some smaller schools have to many options for sports taking away from the budget of the bigger sports. Time to eliminate something. What other fall sport would you suggest CV eliminate? The only other offering they have for males is golf, which on...
