I agree with you 100% that there is no way to fix the system we have without someone or some group being unhappy about it. I don't think making these privates/charters play up a class would be to much of a stretch...the playing in the same class as your home district, yes that would be brutal on man...

the reason the small schools are unwilling to co-op is that their is no advantage in it for them. So if we co-op we have to count, I believe, half of the other schools male enrollment is the top three grades, which might push us into AA.
