I agree with you 100% that there is no way to fix the system we have without someone or some group being unhappy about it. I don't think making these privates/charters play up a class would be to much of a stretch...the playing in the same class as your home district, yes that would be brutal on man...

the reason the small schools are unwilling to co-op is that their is no advantage in it for them. So if we co-op we have to count, I believe, half of the other schools male enrollment is the top three grades, which might push us into AA. Why would any small school be willing to risk that for one or ...
