Re: Tonight’s scores
There is no way you can look at these rosters, BG's front 7 in particular, and tell me that Page and Co, did not get the best of the staff on the other sideline tonight. You can be politically correct as you want but regardless of what happens BG was out coached tonight.

Re: Tonight’s scores
This is unbelievable. All of that talent and HC is going up and down the field. Page and Co. taking the BG staff to school.

Re: Making Single A Fun Again
Normal? Certainly not. It’s only been accomplished a few other times in state history—by a couple of equally abnormal public schools as I recall. You seem to miss a lot when you skim previous posts. I’ve said several times now that I’m in favor of BG playing up in the playoffs. I’d also like...

Re: Making Single A Fun Again
I already told you this once BG has had 3 that's right 3 kids transfer in a some point during high school. I challenge you to find me teams around the state that don't have any kids transfer in at some point I'm sure those teams would be a minority. Everyone else on your list went through parochia...

Re: Making Single A Fun Again
In fairness I don't believe BG people truly understand how lopsided this situation is. Honestly, I wouldn't have a problem with BG dominating SIngle A if they at least tried to look like a SIngle A school. Keep the roster between 35-40, play predominately with your 8 or 9 catholic kids in each cla...

Re: Making Single A Fun Again
Can we explain who transferred in that made the difference in the three previous title The following is from maxpreps, it may not be 100% but pretty accurate I would guess. 2011 Record 1-8 Roster Size: 38 (Wheeler's first season) 6 Seniors 10 Juniors 10 Sophomores 12 Freshman (This would be the s...

Re: New PIAA Classification Ranges Posted
BG would have a huge edge in roster size.. 57 to about 27. They'll have a huge edge in the trenches 6'2 280 compared to about 5'11 220 but Imani has a coach that doubles as a 7 on 7 coach in the city and he brings in about 3 or 4 of the best athletes in the city league every year. The WPIAL has r...
