Bedford should win their district again...i don't really know why you think CC will be good and i don't think somerset will do too well either...bedford is returning all the runners they won districts with last year, and the guy that is replacing the one senior is faster.

CC's 4x1 or 4x4 went to states last year. Osaben and Ridgeley both run on it.

jtown lost to CC's 4x100 last season and placed 2nd in the district behind Tyrone. This season CC has the speed to win the LHAC, District, and even make the 2nd day at the state meet. both the 4x1 and 4x4 made the state meet. ridgeley was on both the 4x4 and 4x1 osaben was only on the 4x1

Today's Trib. shows CC at 45.33 over J-town and BM. However, Bedford bested FH andWesty with a time of 44.2. Windber at 49.14. Richland at 46.9

Bedford ran there second worst time of the year today at CC..and they still beat CC by at least a second with horrible hand off's...this was the first meet they had their whole 4x1 team so they should easily run in the 43's the rest of the year...they placed 4th at shippensburg and they had to run with an alternate...so bedford is easily the best 4x1 team around...i'm exicted to see what they will do in the state track meet...i see a medal in their future...
