Carroll Valley Resort (Ski Liberty)

Coming home from Cockeysville, Md. the other day, my friend and I came up Rt. 140 through Reisterstown, Westminster, Taneytown, Emmittsburg, then turned towards Gettysburg on Rt. 116. We'd heard of CV, but was not aware that they were affiliated with Ski Liberty. We did not stop, but the drive-by looked promising. I thought not long ago there were 2 full 18 hole courses. Did they convert one, either into condo's like everyone else seems to be doing with multiple courses, or was this converted to the ski area? Anyone have any info, other than what the internet provides?
