Wouldn't it make more sense to move the 7 schools in D5 class A who play football into D6 class A. Definitly would make it more competitive.

D6 is already pretty big, but would be great for competing with D7

My geography might be off, but three of those are landlocked by District Six I believe.  Wouldn't that be a unique situation? Does that happen in other parts of the state?

I think under the circumstances, a combined District 5/District 6 for football would be an excellent idea. Other sports are fine, but when you have an entire county that doesn't participate in football, it really hurts the district.

From the ICC the southern-most D6 schools would be Claysburg-Kimmel and Williamsburg.

What is the rationale for saying these schools should be in district five?  And more importantly why does it matter?

I'd rather see a complete redraw of districts into like 8 or 16 evenly distributed "districts" based on classification. I think that's more along the lines of what Ohio does if I remember correctly from somebody's posts here?
