Ranking the ICC teams as we head down the stretch:  1. Bellwood 2. Mt. Union 3. S.Huntingdon 4. Claysburg 5. Juniata Valley 6. Northern Bedford with Mo Valley right now appearing to be the ‘best of the rest’.  Only one game this week between teams in the top half and it involves pesky Juniata Valley who has been a tough team for me to figure this year.

Northern Bedford at Williamsburg  –  Bounce back game for the Panthers but the Pirates won’t exactly roll over.  NB will have to earn it and cannot fumble one hundred times again but….NB 27 Williamsburg 14.
Claysburg at Juniata Valley –  Juniata Valley at home and on a roll gets a close win over the Bulldogs.  Disclaimer- I’m just 3-3 in games involving the Hornets this year.  Juniata Valley 23 Claysburg 20.

Glendale at Mo Valley– Jon Dale will run wild versus the Vikings.  Mo Valley is a team who suffered from a tough early schedule and I look for them to finish 5-5 this year.  Dale has over 750 yards rushing.  Mo Valley 42 Glendale 12.

Everett at Mt. Union.–  Daunte Martin may run for 400+ in this one.  He’ll definitely go over 1,000 for the season (852 now) in what should be a romp.  Mt. Union 50 Everett 0.

West Branch at Bellwood– Marvelling at the job Coach John Hayes and his staff have done here over the years.  There were some doubters early in the season but they’ve shown that they are the most stable and strong team once again in the league.  Can’t get caught looking ahead to MU next week—MU with their athletes is the only team that can derail them at this point—Oh wait….they can get caught looking ahead because WB is no match.  Bellwood 38 West Branch 6.

Tussey Mt. at Southern Huntingdon -  Coal region rivalry game in Orbisonia.  History of these two schools dating back to the days of Orbisonia, Saltillo, Robertsdale, and Saxton-Liberty is peppered with great football.  Southern dominates and spunky but undermanned Tussey squad.  SH 35 TM 13.

I would personally put CK at 3 and SH at 4 with JV and NBC following. CK has some guys if they can finish putting it together.

CK turned the ball over too much against SH or would of been a better ball game...these next two weeks will tell the tale on how good they really are.

I know, but I just feel like CK is putting it together. Just my opinion. Nothing special or against SH at all. LOL
