So I guess the coaches were at Tyrone today visiting Denver Light for LB. No this is not a joke. Any thoughts or comments lol

Nope they were. Pictures on the Tyrone Eagle Eye News twitter page. I’ve had numerous people tell me about it. I agree with better LB’s though trust me lol

Yea, but that's a short drive worth the trip for them I'm sure. Not like they have to go to Florida to see him.

Good recruiters don't leave any stone unturned.  It wasn't an offer, just a visit. That's how recruiting works. We'll see if anything comes of it.  


I still remember walking down the hallway in high school one day and looked into the principal's office and saw Dave Wannstedt sitting there.  Always kind of cool when you see a coach in a setting you aren't expecting.  I'm sure that was cool to see Franklin walking around at Tyrone.

I believe it is 75 percent discount if a parent works there.  Pretty sweet for him, and why all the negativity.   Sure young person will remember that visit for a long time.

Great for him but when Franklin jumps ship in 1-2 years and there's a buyout where does that leave him. Just because Barkley says he's playing in bowl game doesn't mean he wont leave.
