Middletown is back for the second year in a row. What does QV have?

Quaker Valley very good. I have seen them twice. Physical up front, lots of speed, QB Gus is the the real deal. Should be a good game.

He was 0-for-14 against the Quips in the mud.

Not sure if you watched the game but pretty sure nothing going on for the other side either.  Not to mention Quips d pretty good.

Yeah, I did.  My comment was intended to point out that anyone, regardless of how good, can be involved in a bad game by their standards, because of various elements like a good Q defense or poor field conditions.  He's good.  It's not like he's John Elway or Joe Montana.  Maybe someday.

Manfred, I'd agree. He's not even on Jurkovec's radar, but he's pretty good. Their team speed, including him, is great. Very physical football team too. I think this is one of the better games honestly.
