According to westernpafootball.  There are 26 wr/db in Western PA in the 2018 class with division 1 offers.   Aaron tutino has zero.   Dominate in the Heritage, yes.   Division 1 prospect, ?    So far his only recruiting visits have been to Psac schools.

Not sure where that info is from, but it’s incorrect. I don’t think he’s visited any Psac schools. All of his recruiting visits except for one have been to D1 schools.

No idea, he has the ability to choose between basketball or football I'm sure.

I can tell you the schools I personally took him on recruiting trips to....all D1. Ohio, Buffalo, Boston College, Holy Cross, St. Francis. Could be more, those are just the ones I was at with him. All of those schools have hosted him multiple times.

The NCAA only allows a recruit to make 5 official visits to Division 1 schools. And they are only allowed one visit per school.
