so did they actually get any better or did Franco just see the weakest three teams possible to start to the season.  PC has been very underwhelming since week 4.  

Definitely favorable schedule early,  PC won't win another game this year.

Huntingdon and Central are down this year. Tyrone and BEA both handled them easily and I imagine Clearfield,
Bellefonte and PV will likely do the same.
