Farrell vs Shade

Since both Farrell and Shade pounded their opponents this week previously, it looks like they will be seeing each other in another week.  Shade throws it better than anyone else we have seen from D5 recently and maybe ever.  Does this give them a chance to knock off Farrell?

Kyi Wright for Farrell is a monster at the single-A level. He's committed to Pitt, and may end up as a DE in college and Farrell uses him at QB. A 6-3 240 senior QB at the Class A level is pretty ridiculous.

Yeah Farrell just may be my pick to win the whole thing. Shade will lose by a bunch.

Remember a fella named Jeff Hostetler?  Not quite as heavy, but it does happen sometimes.  Linebacker U. didn't give him a fair chance as a QB, so he went to WVU, and we all know what happened from there.

Shade will be stomped. Farrell is #1 in A and Shade is 14th. If they can't play with Liggy they can't play with Farrell. Shade looked incredible this year because the westpac was all around really bad.

Come on. Give some credit where credit is due. Shade's match-up with LV is irrelevant. It was a meaningless game for both teams. I agree that the WestPAC has been down this year, but this Shade team is very talented. I'm not saying they beat Farrell by any means, but to say Shade is only good because the WestPAC was bad is a joke. They have an extremely talented group of receivers and an amazing QB.

I never said shade looked bad because the westpac is bad. I said they looked incredible because the westpac is bad. Any decent year for the westpac and they wouldn't be near as impressive. They're a really solid team but they'll be exposed. But yeah I give them huge credit for going undefeated in westpac play and dominating after all of those down years, they deserve it and I've been rooting for the for a while to turn it around. Fyfe is an incredible player that will keep his name in the records for years to come.

And I wouldn't say LV game was irrelevant. That was their toughest opponent of the year, you gotta show up and test yourself, adjust for faster and more physical play that comes around in the playoffs.

Brings back memories of Berlin and Clairton here. I give shade next to no chance of winning, I knew Berlin had a shot but assumed they'd have to play flawless. I'll take Farrell 42-14. Hope Shade proves me wrong but this is likely a much tougher matchup than facing D7 in first round would be this year.

Farrell can name the score. They’re that good and I’ve seen it as fact. Shade may hang for a bit but this will be painful on the field and in the stands
