Awesome to see local kids get an opportunity. St. Francis must have a heck of a Track and Field program to get a top 10 nationally ranked thrower.

How do kids get ranked in track and field? Is it based on distance thrown or are there invitationals?

Milesplit.com has the national rankings. Unlike the football "sites" there is only one main ranking system and your distance is verified. So no arguing of rankings.
