Curious Hire

I'm not sure what the new A.D. hire at McCort is all about.  I understand that the money isn't too attractive but come on.  If that's the best they can do.  I only converse with him a few times a year and that's a few too many for me. You McCort guys fill me in please....

I’m not sure how detailed a high school athletic director needs to be. But DeMarco was a high school athletic director in this town for like 20 years, was he not? Not going to find someone with more experience sitting around.

If he can schedule events, hire referees, and coordinate travel arrangements what more do you want exactly?

It is a good hire for them.  DeMarco is a nice guy and will talk your ear off.   However, he is certainly full of himself and that is one thing that will never change.
