Where they finished in 2018:

Richland 10-0
Chestnut Ridge  8-2
Forest Hills 8-2
Bishop Guilfoyle  7-3
Westmont  6-4
Bedford 5-5
Penn Cambria 4-6
Cambria Heights 4-6
Somerset 4-6
Bishop McCort 3-7
Central Cambria 1-9
Johnstown 0-10

Any predictions on where they will end 2019 or what teams will decline and/or improve and why?

Richland- a bunch back and still tops in conference

Westmont- also return a bunch. Will be tough for teams to beat.

BG I think they are upper portion of conference but not the BG of old.

Bedford- return a bunch of kids and are still young. I think they improve and are upper tier of conference.

Cr- lost a bunch but have good coaching and some studs back. I think they drop off a bit from last year.

BM - they have some players. Injury slowed them last year. Solid middle of the pack team.

CH - I think heights also a solid middle of the pack team.

FH regime change... never know how it will go.. they also lost some top end talent. I think middle of the pact for them.

Somerset they have some players but limited scheme. I think they are the best of the bottom of the conference.

PC another coaching change... had alot of seniors last year if I recall. I think they take a step backwards.

J Town another coaching change. They will have skill talent. But coming off 0-10 year I dont expect much to improve..

CC ?? They will throw it a bunch.... probably better then last but I forgot about them..

You don't think that Richland lost even more than what Chestnut Ridge lost

Forest Hills have any weapons or size , this year,  Talking to people from inside the program it sounds like the guys who are there now we're calling the plays and running the defense already

I could be wrong. I thought Richland had a bunch back. Including Burke?? Probably top skill kid in the conference.

CR lost 3 of 4 LBs.. and 3 or 4 o lineman I think. I'd guess they take a step back.

Hope McCort recruiters go 0 and 10. It will probably be the Trojans. I am a Trojan alum and am just ashamed of the program right know.

They got skill back, the question is how much the guys up front be missed. Ridge was supposed to be in a rebuilding year last season, and they went 8-2. They are a school with a revolving door of linemen and their QB is back.

Richland 10-0
Chestnut Ridge  8-2

Johnstown 0-10

1. Richland -Best player in the conference and a lot of skill around him. How deep they go depends on their line.
2. Bishop McCort -Second best player in the conference and a ton of skill players. Need their line to gel.
3. Bedford - Lots of size and speed
4. Westmont - Lots of size and toughness, lack of offensive diversity hurts them.
5. Bishop Guilfoyle - Wheeler always finds ways to win
6. Chestnut Ridge - QB back but losing McGill hurts
7. Somerset - Could surprise
8. Forest Hills - Lost a lot of talent
9. Johnstown - Athletes, Tyjon and Barber are studs
10. Cambria Heights
11. Penn Cambria
12. Central Cambria

McCort is an 8 win team this year? Guess I don’t know much about them. And everyone said CR would be struggle last year due to graduation and conference change and they largely dominated the LHAC, I’m sure they’ll reload well

CCDevil2012, how did CC look in their scrimmage? Did you get a chance to go to it? I was just curious how they will be this year. Thanks
