hmm scholars maintain that the knowledge was lost years ago, so maybe he is just a figment, i mean how can an actually person be that good...its not possible

I will go on the quest to look for the Joe Ward. It'll be scary, it'll be dangerous, but we need to know whether this kind of skill, knowledge, and power really exists. If i am not back in 60 days do not send for me, I am already dead.

You idiot you cant snipe joe ward for some simple reasons
a) hes too fast
b) he can smell fear and henceforth would know you're shooting at him after pooping your pants leading to C
c) he can stop bullets in midair as well as matrix dodging them
d) he can travel time due to his amazing speed he just reaches 86 miles an hour and can kill you in the past
e)Joe Ward is god
