Do not feel bad for Richland, there a growing school with brand new facilities, and as they have proved in recent years in track and football, has the athletes, just no basketball program to develop them. Can not even blame it on wrestling and hockey because those programs are not good either.

Richland school is full of athletes so i don't see how you can't get some developement out of them. Any idea who could come for windber job?
