Westmont at 3-1 is pretty surprising to me. two winnable games this week (CC and @CH) could put the Hilltoppers at 5-1.

If someone can shut down Mendelson, they're only average. FH didn't do it, and they lost at home.

United boys are 3-1 after only winning 1 game last year. Their only loss was to a good blairsville team by 7 points.

United girls seem to be off to a good start also.

So, since Mount Union's boys had it pretty easy against Bellwood the other night, do you think the Trojans have the inside track to the ICC North title or is Juniata Valley poised for another good run? Or who do you think will take the ICC North?

United looked pretty good in the summer league. Although it's hard to see a true picture with it being voluntary and most teams not really having their whole teams there week to week.

Looks like MU and JV heading for an early Jan collision, but the other teams in the north can win on any given night. I like JVs depth, legit 5 deep off the bench and they come in waves and the pressure D is relentless.

JV 7-0, looking for 8-0 heading into January versus a good huntingdon team tonight. should be a good game - RIVALRY. Prediction JV by 7. JV's smothering D, speed, and depth for Huntingdon.

The way Huntingdon rolled on Juniata Valley in the third quarter of Friday's championship game of the Huntingdon Lions Shootout, Nick Payne's Bearcats may make a lot of noise come playoff time. They seem to be playing well right now and hopefully that will continue when the Mt. League schedule starts back up.
