If you had to make your own team from the Lhac, what would your starting five be?

Heiple- Somerset
Barnes- Somerset

Conahan- BM
Swatsworth- BC
Kutchman- Richland

I only left Updyke of J'town off because he was injured last year and want to see what he looks like this year. Could also go with Vilet of WH or Holsinger of CC. Is it any wonder Section 2 is going to be a dogfight every night this year?

Not to be rude but outside of Heiple and Barnes your list is not very good.

R. Hinton Ferndale (BEST PLAYER)
J. Heiple Somerset
D. Barnes Somerset
K. Trude West Branch
N. Davis Bellwood Antis

There are only 2 players on this list that is actually being recruited by colleges and that is K. Trude, and R Hinton per my sources.  K. Trude is only receiving interest from D3 schools and R. Hinton has at least 1 full offer from UPJ not sure if he has more.

The first post asks about LHAC players, not D6. Replace Hinton, Davis, and Trude with some LHAC kids.

Sorry I just read the actual title.  If we are talking just LHAC.
Hieple
Barnes
Swatsworth
Kutchman
Ball

Players to take major steps forward this year Johnstown J. Gause.  Richland T. Zimmerman, CC Holsinger
basketball is a sport you have to work at to get better Updyke hasn't played ball in almost 2 season.  Don't expect much from him.

Yes, the list was only for LHAC players. If I was including all of D-6 it would something like the following:

Trude WB- (who is being recruited by D-3 schools, saw a few of them at the Bldg 2 fall league)
Davis- BA(who is also being recruited, not sure how your sources missed that)
Hinton- Ferndale (who is very good but I'm not completely sure I'd call him the best player in the district)
Heiple-Somerset (you could choose Barnes here and I wouldn't argue as both are terrific players)
Holsopple- H'burg- (saw him this fall at the Building 2 league and he is a legit 6'3 230 lbs. lefty and there were D-3 coaches there looking at him as well). I'd be surprised if he didn't average close to a double- double for the season. H'burg looks like they are going to have a nice team this year.

You could easily replace any of these players with Barnes and/or Swatsworth who are both going to have big years as well. It's all subjective but I think all of these players are set up so have nice seasons (all seniors btw). I also believe Holsinger will make a move forward as an underclassman.

Doesn't Davis have an older brother playing at I think Seton Hill?
