Why does everyone pus*y foot around the jv girls(scandal) mentioning no names like nobody knows the girls who moved into their school?? Want the names and where they came from?? Well tough. If you don’t know, u don’t need to know. But it’s pretty common knowledge to anyone who’s been around the girls scene the past 4-5 years.  but they all were part of same aau  team! However some are real quick to mention a certain Bellwood player  by name, more than once?? These are children, not adults. Im sure the kids had a say in these transfers but ultimately the onus is on their parents and the school they move to as more importantly piaa allowed it. Old news. Second off for the jv summer camp, what hs team has a summer camp for other hs kids?? Ppl acting like this happens everywhere. Hs teams having elem players in for camps, yes. And lastly aau topic. tournament(legit ones) do not cost $275 to play in. Trust me. The cost the kids/parents pay covers the uniform, insurance/rent for practice, and tournaments. Tournaments that are college scouted(exposure events) normally run from $500-$1000 typically. And have love periods(or did) In April and July. Anyone can play aau, it is watered down at times, but it’s giving tons of kids exposure to college scouts, better competition, and a chance to go back to their school team stronger players.not every aau player returns to school ball and torments coaches and other players. And usually the hs teams best players all play aau(is that a coincidence??) and  Coaches maybe in cali or bigger places may pay for cars and such through aau. Shame on them for that if so. But alot of the time, they are housing these kids, paying for their everything. And a lot of the money they get for themselves and these kids come from sponsors. And btw if the parent puts the kid on a team they are trusting the coach staff to treat them right. So again the parents choice. A lot of ppl need to think before they type and post. Maybe I’m one of them? Questions u should ask , Do I know the whole situation?? Am I privy to all the information that  I’m using to blast CHILDREN who are in hs?? I’ve rambled long enuff, forgot what I originally wanted to say, but best of luck to all the kids!! I see a lot of support from coaches, teammates and especially parents. Hs and aau. Love to see that. Not tearing ea other apart. Mostly behind backs and behind a computer, tablet or phone.  And as the kids say on social media , don’t @ me!! Peace and love

Don't @ Me

I will @ you.

Here some @s for you.

ASE - Home of the Foothills and Westmoreland Classics.  Two pretty big AAUs (http://allsportsenterprises.info/events/).  Whats the cost?  Under $300.

Pittsburgh Summer Wrap Up (The Recruiting Weekend) (http://www.acahoops.com/aca-tournament- ... ?ID=113541) - $350.

Dick's Sporting Goods Tip Off Classic (http://www.acahoops.com/aca-tournament- ... ?ID=113459) - Yep $350

Pittsburgh Summer Hoopfest - (http://www.acahoops.com/aca-tournament- ... ?ID=113540) - $350

Oh and the Grand Daddy of the All, if you are actually D1 level talent.  Spooky Nook Spring Jam Fest.  The big boy is only $695 (https://store.hoopgroup.com/events/2018 ... 1532696330)

I took the time to do a little research for you to provide evidence.  Since you claim we "need to think before we type."  Glad the police showed up to get us pointed in the right direction.

AAU culture defend AAU culture.   AAU and A**, 3 letters each, what a coincidence.

Privates defend Privates

Recruiters defend Recruiters

Same old song and dance.

Thanks!

And not all “tournaments” are labeled aau. That’s just one of many organizations for travel basketball.
