Was wondering if anyone has kept file of the weekly, PIAA State Basketball rankings from the 1980's. I know the Patriot News always carried them, but I live too far away to access the papers microfilm. I have a lot of the 90's rankings, but nothing from this era. What year did state rankings even start? Thanks hopefully someone can help. This has definitely been a long road in my research.

Don't know if this will help, but back in those days I used to get a publication called Basketball Weekly. I never had a subscription, but it was available at 3 different newsstands in Johnstown. It was a National coverage, but did offer some state by state coverage. It was a long time ago.
