Gazette reporting Little League results

While I can be the first to speak out about something I think is wrong, I'll also speak out when I think there's a right. Hence this topic.

The Gazette has informed the CRBL (and I'm sure the other area Little Leagues) that they will be reporting results for Little League games this summer.

Thank you to the Gazette for taking the time to let the appropriate folks know in advance. Now it's up to us to make sure these scores are reported.

If they haven't been able to notify the other area Little Leagues about this, you should report your scores to Joe Beegle at [email protected].

Let's also see if the CRBL will report the scores as well. Who is responsible for reporting? Each coach? League president?

I would imagine the division coordinators should do it.

Lionpride...who are the division coordinators? I haven't seen any scores yet and the league has been playing games all week.

Counter - The coordinators just found out about the Gazette doing this last Friday. For major league, the game scores were submitted, but the Gazette wants a box score, which is fine. It's being worked on.

The Gazette plans to publish these on Wednesday and Friday. Hopefully we'll be all caught up next week.

Haven't had a chance to read the paper all week. Are the other leagues posting their scores also?
