Claysburg Kimmel includes students from Kimmel Township, Bedford County as well as Greenfield Township in Blair County. The town of Claysburg is within Greenfield Township. I'd guess that about 75% of the students live in Blair County.
The population center location combined with participating in a different district is why there is inconsistency in determining the "county" leaders.
Stated differently, does Huntingdon County consider Shawn Husick's 116 career wins @ Tussey Mountain when determining their leaders?
Where does AJ Schopp stand on the Blair County all time wins list? Huntingdon County? Center County?
Where does Shade's James Otten and his 119 wins, 78 pins, 37 single year wins stand on the Cambria County all time list?

Schopp's career record was 160-11
