Apparently will happen next year if vote passes by the board of directors in May.

I'm opposed to change when the positives don't outweigh the negatives, particularly when something is working well.

I'm for change when the positives outweigh the negatives, particularly when something is not working well.

For instance NW AAA has been receiving way more Hershey births than they deserve based on enrollment, the PIAA should remedy this problem. Allowing D7, D3, and D1 to remain regions, then sending all others to ?Bloomsburg for a Northern regional could remedy the problem.
