Just saw last night that CR wrestler Jared McGill has committed to West Point for wrestling.

I think everyone had it in the back of their mind that the Army commitment might not hold. After he won Powerade and had the season he did last year, I think we all knew bigger D1 wrestling schools were going to come knocking. This flip doesn't surprise me.

Not that I follow wrestling too closely. But it seems Pitt has landed commitments from three pretty good in-state wrestlers thus far.

I was talking about Ryan Sullivan from Shaler and Austin Cooley from Wyoming Seminary.

He also picked up some good guys from the class of 2018...Cole Matthews, Louis Newell, and Luke Kemerer

Great job by new coaching staff. They lost probably the top guy(Jack Davis) to Psu, but coach Gavin come roaring back with some real quality in state kids. Pitt will be back! Congrats to young mr McGill!! I look forward to watching you these guys in a few years
