I think it's fair to ask this question heading into the AA State Team tourney ... can Ridge improve on their 31-29 loss to Brookville in the Ultimate Duals? They are seeded/ranked to square off in the SemiFinals on Friday night ...

I wouldn't want to jump that far ahead for Ridge. All matches are tough down there, and most likely will need to get by Boiling Springs first, and historically that's been an issue.

2 surprises already. Didn't think Burrell would lose, and didn't think Bishop McDevitt would beat Westy that bad.

I’m actually not surprised by either result. Muncy is very, very tough. They just happen to be in the same district as likely finalist Southern Columbia. Same with McDevitt. They lost the district 3 final to powerhouse Boiling Springs.

Also if you look at the match results, 35-19 is not exactly a blowout. Westmont lost 3 matches by 2 points or less. McDevitt is definitely the better team, but the dual was extremely competitive (almost every match went 6 minutes).
