Huge Development at D6 AA Tournament

I saw on Flo that Carnell Andrews medically forfeited out of the District 6 tournament.  Does anyone have any details?  Was this due to the same injury that plagued him all season?  This is very unfortunate, as I felt that Carnell had a great chance at making a state title run.
