State Semifinal Game
The Mount Union vs. Central state semifinal will be Monday night at Blair County Ballpark at 7. Should be absolutely packed there for this game. Last game was close so will this be the same. Goodling will pitch for MU and Ferguson for Central. Maybe Central hitters will hit Goodling better a second time around. Will the results be the same or different? Predictions?

Should be a close one if Central finds a way to hit Goodling and not lean into pitches like they did the first meet. Central was desperate and resorted to leaning into breaking balls. Mount Union seen Central's top two pitchers and hit them pretty well. I think Mount Union has an advantage but both teams have been fighting hard in these state playoffs. I predict a 5-1 or so win for MU.

This should be another good game. Central should hit Goodling a little better than they did the last game but Mount Union's defence is to good. Mount Union also shown lots of heart and good hitting throughout their lineup yesterday and if they bring the bats like they did against PO and Burrell (in the last couple innings) they should come out with the win. I think MU wins 4-2.
