1-25 0days, 26-50 2days, 51-75 3days, 76-100 3days. With the debacle that the pitch count has caused this year forcing pitchers to lose out on no hitters having important games being lost because of it .  PIAA how about 1-25 0 days,  26-50 2 days, 51-75 3days, 76-100 4 days 101-125 5 days.

I saw something happen in a playoff game that the district/PIAA will have to think about. The Huntingdon - Penn Cambria game last week, the two teams had a different pitch count for Ronan after six innings. PC said 96 and Huntingdon said 102. Six pitch difference is a lot. There's nothing in place to resolve this. The umps have nothing to do with it. So Penn Cambria took him out and Huntingdon scored three runs in the seventh to win. Huntingdon coach said it was all Cambria's decision to take him out or not. He said they would risk using an ineligible pitcher, but if he wanted to protest he had no idea what would happen with that either.

One thought I had was for the playoffs there has to be a third party that keeps a pitch count for both teams. You can't just say the home team book is right if there is a difference.

Then PC should not have taken him out. Home book rules. Period. Congrats to BM.

I actually like the pitch count rules. Wish they would've placed playoff games closer together so teams couldn't throw 1 guy entire tournament.

In case nobody heard.....FH 11, Somerset 1. I'm guessing it went the distance even w/ 10 runs. Have to read about it in the AM.
