as long as you have Duke and North Carolina, the ACC will be near the top, regardless of how their season goes.

Look at the portion of the US covered by the ACC. From Miami to Boston, almost the entire East Coast. The ACC has no trouble getting an audience for their basketball programs. The money comes with it.

Pittsburgh has got to be better than Starksville. Guy can coach and only makes 2.2 mill a year. Still could coach for 8 more years.
